Directions: Lincoln Counseling Center is in Lincoln, CA. at the corner of 5th Street and I Street. Suite E is in the back of the building and has it's own waiting space. Come right into the office. North on 65, turn left on 5th and go two blocks. South on 65, turn right on 5th and go two blocks. 898 will be on the right corner-see photo.

Counseling for Individuals, Children, Couples, Families, Teens, Parents, Foster Parents, and Seniors

Free counseling for Victims of Crime. Sliding Scale for Self Pay and Most Insurances accepted. This office will be happy to bill your insurance as a courtesy to you. Office hours Monday through Thursday. Evening appointments available. Payment can be arranged for Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

Counseling modalities available are; talk therapy, art therapy, sandtray/worldplay therapy, play therapy, and hypnosis.

First Appointment- Please bring the following;

1. Name of Insurance you will be using.

2. Authorization number.

3. Number of sessions authorized.

4. Address to send the claim, if you want this office to bill for your reimbursement.

5. Insured members information; Name, Social Security Number, Insurance ID number, Employer, Policy number, and Birthdate.

6. Cash or check for the amount of the first session. Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover can be used.
Set up for credit card use must be in advance of the appointment date and a 6% charge will be added.

For clients with insurance; If you will be using insurance other than the following-see below;

(Triwest/Military One, Ceridian, Victim of Crime please ignor below this office will bill for you)

If you wish to use your insurance for Mental Health Sessions use these steps;

1. Check on your insurance website to validate that Yvonne Sinclair M.A., MFCC - NPI 1184766982 is on their provider list.

2. Obtain an authorization number from your insurance company and ask how many sessions are approved.

3. Ask for a claims submission address.

Payment in full is due at time of service. If Yvonne Sinclair M.A., MFCC is a provider for your insurance company, this office will print happily out a HICFA form for you to send into your insurance for your reimbursement.Your insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company. Fee for service will be the same as this office contracted with your insurance company. If you have any question as to the amount your insurance pays for Mental Health appointments, feel free to call and ask either the insurance company or Lincoln Counseling Center - 916-434-2877.
