Spicy Walnuts

4 cups walnuts  
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Place walnuts halves on a cookie sheet and heat at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
Butter a saucepan and add sugar, water, cinnamon, and salt. Heat and stir until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil. Collk without stirring until a soft ball stage is aquired. Soft ball stage is 236 degrees. 
Remove ferom heat. Beat by hand one minute or until creamy. Add vanilla and walnuts. Stir until walnuts are coated. Pour on a buttered cookie sheet and separate walnuts with a fork. Cool and enjoy.

1 cup potato starch 1 cup arrowroot starch
1 cup almond flour
9 Tablespoons xanthan gum
Mix well.

Refrigerate until needed.
Use cup for cup as substitute for wheat flour.
