Wheat/Dairy Free BREAD class

The problem I faced, when I began a dairy and wheat free life, was to find baked goods and pasta type dishes that tasted good. One of the things I missed most was a sandwich. Wheat free bread was dry, crumbly, and tasteless. I tried several other recipes for bread and one or two came close. The bread recipe in this book is fabulous. It is spongy and actually stretches. It makes great sandwich bread. I developed this recipe using information I had purchased and trial and error. I had been a wheat bread baker for many years and wanted something as fragrant, spongy, and tasty as my old wheat bread recipe. 

This class will include recipes for the flour mix recipes: Bread flour mix, Baking mix, and Conversion mix. It will also include the recipe for Wheat free Dairy free Bread. This bread is made differently from wheat bread and cake breads like banana bread etc. You will learn exactly how to make a wonderful loaf. You will also get to sample this yummy bread. Different from wheat bread, this bread is finished in a two hour time frame. 
Space is limited so class is limited to 10 attendees. Class will be held in Lincoln at my home. Address will be provided to all paid attendees. First class in November 2nd, 2013 from 1 pm to whenever we are done. Class price is $22. A CD will be made available for participants - one for each participant at $10 containing the above recipes and the 104 page eCookbook, Seriously Yummy Wheat and Dairy free Foods, as a PDF. Printed books will be available to browse.
